1. Why is Wise being disabled on Gotrade?

We continuously assess our features and partnerships to enhance your experience. As part of this evaluation, we have decided to discontinue Wise from Gotrade to focus on providing better solutions tailored to your needs.

2. When will Wise be disabled on Gotrade?

Wise will no longer be available starting 1 December 2024. After this date, you won’t be able to use Wise for transactions on Gotrade.

3. How will this change affect me?

If you currently use Wise for transfers, you will need to switch to one of our payment method as an alternative. Transactions initiated before 1 December 2024 will still be processed as usual. However, no new transactions can be made through Wise directly from our application after the disablement date.

4. What alternative methods can I use for transfers or payments?

You can use the following alternative:

  • Wire transfer for direct USD deposit: A secure and efficient way to transfer USD directly to your Gotrade account.

We recommend switching to wire transfer method for a seamless experience similar to Wise.

5. What happens to my existing transactions made through Wise?

All transactions initiated before 1 December 2024 will be processed without disruption. If you have any concerns about pending transactions, please contact Wise support.

6. Will my account or transaction history with Wise be affected?

No, your transaction history involving Wise will remain accessible in your Gotrade account.

7. Do I need to take any immediate actions?

To avoid any disruption:

  1. Complete any pending Wise transactions before 1 December 2024.

  2. Do your transactions through our wire transfer method for direct USD deposit in your Gotrade account.

9. Will Wise ever be available again on Gotrade?

At this time, there are no plans to reintegrate Wise. However, we are always exploring partnerships to enhance your experience, and we welcome your feedback.
