Why can't I use SGD local deposits right now?
We've temporarily disabled SGD local deposit methods as there has been a technical issue with our existing payment provider. Currently, only international wire transfers are available. This step is taken to protect your funds and maintain a safer investing environment for all users in Singapore.
Can I still withdraw in SGD?
Yes, however direct SGD withdrawals using PayNow and local bank accounts are temporarily unavailable. You can still withdraw via International Wire Transfer.
What withdrawal options do I have now?
Singapore clients can withdraw their accounts via International Wire Transfer.
Is this permanent?
No, this is only a temporary measure. We're reviewing the situation with our partners and internal teams and will re-enable direct SGD deposits and withdrawals once it is safe and stable to do so.
When will SGD deposits and withdrawals be available again?
We don't have an exact timeline yet. Rest assured, we'll notify you via the app as soon as SGD deposit and withdrawal methods are reactivated.
What happens to my existing SGD bank accounts?
Your previously added SGD withdrawal bank accounts are temporarily hidden but not deleted. Once SGD withdrawals are restored, your saved bank account information will be available again..
