Yes - shares you purchase on Gotrade will be eligible for dividends if and when a company pays them. Dividends are subject to a withholding tax and this tax is deducted at source (which means it is a tax you have to pay no matter what). For fractional positions, dividends may not be paid, depending on the size of your position. If the dividend you are due to receive is less than US$0.01, you will not receive anything (as no-one is able to pay a fraction of a cent!)
