That's ok too! You can use a valid passport in combination with a recent (no more than 3 months old) proof of address that matches the address you used during the application process (examples of acceptable forms of address would be a phone bill, utility bill, credit card statement, etc.).

​Issue #2 - I am affiliated or employed by a stock exchange, securities company, regulatory body, a member firm of an exchange, FINRA, or a municipal securities broker-dealer.
