In accordance with Bappebti Regulation No 10 of 2021, a Licensed Futures Broker Representative is required to verify information provided by clients as well as their financial ability to ensure that only suitable clients are accepted and onboarded.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Who is Valbury?

Gotrade Indonesia is a financial application powered by PT Valbury Asia Futures ("Valbury"). Valbury is a futures broker registered and regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (โ€œBappebtiโ€) with registration number 184/BAPPEBTI/SI/II/2003 and is also a member of the Jakarta Futures Exchange and the Indonesian Futures Clearing House.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Why is Valbury making this phone verification call?

As the Bappebti registered futures broker, PT Valbury Asia Futures is required to conduct the phone verification

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ How do I know that the person making the verification call is not a fraudster?

Clients are requested to schedule a call such that timing of the verification phone call is not random. The futures broker representative will never ask questions or make requests regarding your bank account, money transfers, PIN and/or passwords. Please remember that this is a verification call only. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ What will be asked in phone verification? Do I need to prepare anything?

Questions are not available publicly for security purposes. However, clients should be able to answer the verification questions without any preparation. Please always bear in mind that the futures broker representative will not ask questions or make requests regarding your bank account, money transfers, PIN and/or passwords. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ If I missed the verification call, how can I reschedule it?

Do not worry, you can reschedule by clicking "schedule a call" on the Gotrade Indonesia app. However, please be reminded that the verification has to be completed within 14 days or your account will be restricted and you will not be able to make deposits or make any 'buy' trades.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ What if I do not pick up the verification call? Is my account safe?

You will receive reminders in the form of emails and/or push notifications if you have not completed the verification call within the 14 day timeline. If the verification call is not completed within the said timeline, your account will be restricted and you will not be able to make deposits or make any 'buy' trades.
