We use rates from our own payment provider, so there isn't a source that matches exactly what you might compare it to. For example, different money changers may not have the same rates. Please note that the exchange rates for deposits and withdrawals will differ (deposit = selling local currency to buy USD, withdrawal = selling USD to buy local currency), so the rates shown for deposits and withdrawals will not be the same. For further illustration, if you buy USD from a money changer and then sell it back immediately, the rates used will not be the same.

The IDR to USD conversion rate uses the live rate applicable during Indonesian working day market hours, which is between 09:00 - 15:00 WIB. If you make a deposit or withdrawal outside market hours, the rate used is the last closing market price.
