Gotrade Indonesia Welcome Rewards 2024

Definition

Gotrade Indonesia provides Welcome Rewards to new users upon completing their first deposit. A newly joined user is entitled to a higher reward amount based on the value of their first deposit.

Campaign Period

The campaign period starts on 15 October 2024 and will continue until further notice. The end date of the campaign is not predetermined and may be announced or adjusted at Gotrade Indonesiaā€™s discretion.

Eligibility for Activity Participation

  • Users who registered with Gotrade Indonesia after the start date of the campaign and have not yet made their first deposit. User must complete the registration and verification process to qualify.

First Deposit Requirement

  • The first deposit must be made within the campaign period to be eligible for the bonus.

  • The first deposit must be made within 7 days after the account is approved.

  • For existing users, the first deposit must be made within 7 days after the campaign starts.

  • The first deposits made before or after the campaign period will not qualify for the bonus.

Welcome Rewards Scheme

When new users complete a deposit according to the applicable amount, they will receive a corresponding cash reward based on the following scheme:

Reward Eligibility

  • Users must apply the voucher on the deposit confirmation screen when making their first deposit.

  • The reward is available for 7 days after KYC completion for newly joined users. For existing users, it is available for 7 days after the campaign start date.

  • The bonus will be credited to the clientā€™s account directly after the deposit is made.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I receive more than one reward?

Each client is entitled to only one reward for the first deposit reward, regardless of the number or amount of deposits made after the first deposit during the promotion period.

When do I need to complete my first deposit to be eligible for the reward?

New users who join during the campaign period must complete their first deposit within 7 days of account approval. Existing users who have not yet made a first deposit must complete it within 7 days from the start of the campaign period.

Conditions and Disclaimers

1. The rewards and offers in this campaign/promotion (ā€œCampaign/Promotionā€) are provided by Gotrade Indonesia. ("Gotradeā€), a subsidiary of Gotrade Financial. By participating in this Campaign/Promotion, you undertake to have carefully read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Campaign/Promotion (ā€œTerms and Conditionsā€), as well as the terms and conditions of all the existing previous Agreement. Gotrade Indonesia has the undisputed final decision on the eligibility of participants in this Campaign/Promotion.

2. Gotrade Indonesia reserves the right to: (i) amend these Campaign/Promotion Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and (ii) change, withdraw or terminate any offer or reward without disclosing the reason and without making compensation or remuneration. Any adjustments or decisions made by Gotrade in connection with this Campaign/Promotion shall be binding on all the parties involved.

3. You shall be responsible for any telephone, internet and other charges that may be incurred. No complaints on this shall be entertained.

4. If your Gotrade account shows signs of fraud, abuse, malicious or suspicious activity, such as the use of other peopleā€™s ID for your own benefit. Gotrade Indonesia may, at its sole discretion, confiscate your reward entitlements and limit your opportunities to participate in future Campaign/Promotion.

5. Each device, whether mobile or computer, can only receive one set of account opening bonus, deposit bonus and/or referral bonus. The same user can only be invited once. The same Gotrade account, the same mobile phone number, and the same device are all regarded as representing the same user.

6. By participating and clicking on claim, you have agreed to be bounded by the terms and risk disclosure for Risk disclosures.

7. Gotrade is a financial application licensed by PT Valbury Asia Futures, a Futures Broker registered and supervised by the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI). All transactions are recorded on the Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) and the Indonesian Clearing Futures (KBI). 8. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional campaign and any other materials relating to or in connection with this Campaign/Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

9. Gotrade Indonesia is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the Campaign/Promotion or the redemption or use of any prizes/rewards, regardless of how such issues arise. This includes, but is not limited to, any problems with prize fulfillment, breakdowns or malfunctions of computer systems or equipment, misdirected or lost notices, or any loss of income, profits, or goodwill. Gotrade Indonesia will not be responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages suffered by any party, including third parties, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or other causes. Additionally, if Gotrade Indonesia cancels, suspends, or terminates the Campaign/Promotion, it will not be liable for any claims or compensation related to any resulting losses or damages.

10. Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any materials relating to this Campaign/Promotion, particularly in connection with the rewards/prizes, are the property of their respective owners. Gotrade Indonesia does not provide any financial advice, endorsement or sponsorship of its products or services.

11. Should a user not fulfill all the stated conditions of this Campaign/Promotion, Gotrade Indonesia reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards at Gotradeā€™s own discretion.

12. Where forced liquidation occurs during the event period, subsequent fund yield movements will no longer be monitored by Gotrade Indonesia. Gotrade Indonesia will not automatically initiate any forms of re-subscription after the forced liquidation. Should another negative 7-day annualized yield occur during the reinvested period, the same forced liquidation will happen.

13. This Campaign/Promotion has not been reviewed by Regulators.
